Miami will begin the 2025 baseball season against Niagara at Alex Rodriguez Stadium / Mark Light Field on Friday, February 14th.
That’s correct, Valentines Day.
On Tuesday Miami head coach head coach J.D. Arteaga announced his starting rotation for the opening series, including Nick Robert (Friday), Griffin Hugus (Saturday) and Brian Walters (Sunday). All worked out of bullpens in 2024.
Jackson Cleveland will begin the season as the team’s closer, with Will Smith as a late inning reliever.
First pitch is set for 7:00 p.m. EST, with coverage on ACCNX and WVUM.
